- The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The equipment is in the same condition that it was received (unused, uninstalled, and unaltered).
- The equipment includes all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation.
Categories of Return
1. New Equipment
- Eligible for return within 14 days of receipt if unopened and unused.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Refurbished Equipment
- All refurbished products are tested, cleaned, and certified by our technicians.
- Eligible for return within 14 days only if the item is not functioning as described.
- A restocking fee up to 20% may be charged depending on condition upon return.
- Refunds are only issued after inspection and re-verification by our quality control team.
3. Used Equipment
- Due to the nature of used equipment, all sales are final unless the item is damaged during shipping or not as described.
- In such cases, we must be notified within 3 business days of delivery with supporting documentation (e.g., photos, unboxing video, or inspection report).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked ”Final Sale” or ”Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
- Opened sterile medical products or consumables
- Customized or special-order items
- Software or items with activated licenses
- Equipment that has been installed, used, or altered
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item:

Exchange Policy
